She masterfully blends elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing to offer a well-rounded and effective therapeutic experience.

With experience in working with trauma, Sigrid is well-equipped to support clients funded by TAC, WorkCover, DVA, or CISP. Her dedication to healing extends to working with children dealing with issues related to anxiety, low mood, emotion regulation, or problematic behaviors.

One of Sigrid’s greatest strengths is her ability to tailor interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. She thrives on working with clients from various age groups, ensuring that they receive the personalized support they deserve.
