Amelia is a Client Services Specialist who supports clients from their first point of contact through to ongoing care at Elysium Psychology. She has extensive experience in client intake, appointment coordination, clinician matching, and supporting clients to understand assessments, treatment options, and available funding pathways.

Amelia brings a calm, empathetic, and highly organised approach to her role, with a strong focus on confidentiality, clear communication, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported. She has a background in psychological sciences and research, and experience working across health, community, and government settings, including policy and stakeholder engagement roles in the Cook Islands.
